The Agenda and Minutes of Parish Council meetings can be downloaded using the links listed above. General documents describing the regulatory framework and working practice of the Parish Council are also listed.

Each document provided here can be downloaded in either Microsoft Word or HTML format.  HTML format is accessible to all using standard web browser software, such as Internet Explorer.  Persons unable to open Word documents but who wish to access those versions can get a free Microsoft Word viewer from the Microsoft Office Download Centre.

Note: The minutes of Parish Council meetings must be ratified by the Council and then signed as being a true and accurate record, which procedure is enacted at the next Council meeting. The minutes of the most recent meeting therefore are provided here for general information only, may be subject to amendment, and should not be read as being a 'legal' document. An agenda for the next meeting will be published as soon as it is available, usually no later than five days before the meeting.
